I just completed Reiki Level I with Kate and I’m still glowing from the experience. The class was beautifully structured and grounded—Kate even provided a book she wrote herself, which lays out the step-by-step lessons in a way I can keep returning to as a lifelong resource.

My favorite part was the intimate, one-on-one exchanges with others in the room. You could genuinely feel the energy shift as we practiced, and Kate held the space with so much clarity and care. I left with practical techniques, a deeper understanding of energy and the chakras, and a renewed sense of peace—like the universe really does have my back.

If you’ve ever felt called to explore Reiki, start with Level I. It’s a powerful way to set clear intentions for where you put your energy and to embody being a source of light, love, and healing—for others and (most importantly) yourself. The synchronicities started lining up even before class, and being there confirmed I was exactly where I needed to be.

Everything was thoughtfully planned, the space is amazing, and yes—the snacks were great! I’m already looking forward to Level II with Kate. Highly recommend.

I recently earned my level one reiki certification by attending Katie's class last month, and if you are looking to earn the same credentials, her class is the only one I would ever recommend. Katie is thoughtful, kind, warm, considerate and very knowledgeable about the ancient art of reiki. Having her as a teacher, and practitioner has helped me immensely, and she will go far as a teacher.

Katie is such a gift to me, I’ve been receiving reiki + angel cards monthly since October. She has offered me so much wisdom and insights to heal and has helped me love myself authentically. I look forward to each session and am so grateful for what she does!
